Novick's Detailing Solutions Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Novick's Detailing Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") and the client ("you" or "your"). By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

Provision of Water & Electricity

We provide all necessary water and electricity for our detailing services. Please ensure that the location is accessible and safe for us to set up our equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $45. Novick's Detailing Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues.

Vehicle Access

You must provide access to your vehicle and its keys during the detailing service. This agreement authorizes us to operate and move your vehicle as necessary.

Service Time Limits

Each detailing package has a specified time limit:

- Regular Car Wash: 1.5 – 2 hours

- Express Car Wash: 2  hours

- Premium Car Wash: 2 - 2.5 hours

- Full Detailing Package: 4 - 4.5 hours

 

- Ultimate Detailing Package: 4.5 - 6 hours

Additional services may extend the time required.

Outcome Expectations

We strive to deliver the best results possible. However, the condition of your vehicle prior to detailing will affect the final outcome. We cannot guarantee to restore the vehicle to its original or new condition.

Quality of Service

 

We aim for customer satisfaction. A final inspection will be conducted with you at the end of the job. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Issues raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

Accidents & Liability

We take great care when working on your vehicle, but we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or any incidents that occur while the vehicle is in our care. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

Fees & Payment Terms

The service fee is the agreed amount listed in your final invoice. If the job takes significantly longer due to the condition of the vehicle, an additional fee of $60 per hour may apply. We will inform you of any additional charges before or during the service.

Feedback & Marketing

We value your feedback. Please email us with any comments or concerns. We reserve the right to use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes, with no personal information included.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where clients attempt to bypass the company to work directly with employees, or if clients are disrespectful to our staff.

Agreement Changes

Novick's Detailing Solutions reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

- We do not guarantee specific results.

- Payment is for the time and effort spent on your vehicle, not a guaranteed outcome.

- All sales are final.
